Shoddy Work

I dropped off my scandals to get repaired (they needed to be glued) at Multiserv Raslouw Centurion on the 22nd of April 2022 which was unfortunately a big mistake. The service I received was atrocious. I had to keep following up for weeks because even though they promised to call me they never did. The gentleman that assisted me (Mpho) was not able to locate where he put my scandals every time I went to find out if they were ready. I eventually went to get my shoes back about a week ago and believe it or not they were repaired as I stood and waited to my dismay. It was a shoddy work and to add insult to injury they even lost the straps for the scandals so I can’t even wear them anyway. Huge disappointment.
