Rude And Disgruntled Employee

I went to Multiserv EastPoint on Saturday to go get a duplicate a key. I asked the Xhosa lady, if they do have Y3 key, I asked her this in the mean time she was waiting on the speed point to approve payment from another customer, she said they do but in a very rude way. The minute she gave the customer her receipt and card back. I asked her if I can have they key, she RAISED HER VOICE AT ME AND STARTED SHOUTING AT ME IN XHOSA. Saying '' are u blind, can't you see I'm busy here... What do you want me to do'

I asked her why is she shouting at me, in Xhosa even. Why inferiorize me like that. I was in awe and hurt being spoken to like that.

its then I also raised my voice she calmed down. I asked her if that's how she speaks to people. Black peoples even. She shouted at me, I felt like a nobody in that shop. I was just frustrated and needed a key as I had misplaced my key and the stove was on. Worried my house would burn down.

this is the second incident. Last time, she forced to pay 80r for a bag they even failed to sew. My bag was damaged when I left that shop as they were unable to see. I understood and paid and left. It was a new bag but I was understanding . But this time, I just couldn't let this lay down.

she is rude, she speaks her Xhosa not caring if people understand or not. As far as I know, business conduct is to speak English. I am really unhappy with her service.

she is unhappy and disgruntled. Just because I'm black, that gives her no right to talk to me like that.
