Repair on a camp chair bag/ cover

Complaint about Multiserv at Mall of the South. I took in by camp chair bag to be repaired last year (2019) December and have been following up ever since with false promises. Last weekend Saturday 2020/02/15 I went to the store again and even called the owner who was very rude complaining about the time I chose to call him at rather than assisting me. To date they have still not fixed nor offered me a refund for the lack of service.
