Poor workmanship, belligerent staff and poor customer service!

My genuine leather item was ruined and no one took accountability. I took in my wallet (of high sentimental value) for a zip replacement - and instead the tailor removed all the wallet stitching for no reason and attempted to restore the wallet and now it is ruined.

I took in my wallet and was reassured that the zip replacement was possible. I was asked to allow for 3 working days to complete the job, and when I returned on the 4th day, I found the stitches unravelled and the wallet in pieces. Upon enquiring about my purse, I was rudely told that walk-in customers are prioritized - implying that I am not a customer. When I requested to speak the manager about the issue, the male tailor told me that there is no manager and that any attempt to escalate the matter would be futile as the entire Multiserv franchise relies on his expertise and would not compromise their relationship with him for a customer dissatisfaction case.

I strongly urge you to reconsider taking your valued items here! If I could give a zero star rating, I would.
