Poor Service

I took my pair of sneakers to Multi Serve in Carlton Centre Johannesburg so that they can stretch them,it was in May 2019 and they only returned on the 30th of August still not stretched. The staff the is not helpful and they never answer their phone,they gave me poor service and a stinking attitude.
