Pathetic service, can't get a refund

Pathetic service, we asked to cut a key, the price was R100, but the key was malfunctioning. We went there 4 times to adjust the key/cut a new one, with no results. No refund was given, a month later we still struggle to get our money back, the owner keeps saying "I'll pay you back", with zero results. We cut a perfect key at another place for R40. Multiserv is overpriced, unprofessional and have a despicable business ethic. Rather take your money somewhere else.
