Overcharged with no service

A very bad service I got from a manager at the Multiserve in Mabopane Central City by the name of Lorraine.

I was charged R220 to dye a pair of shoes and R200 for another pair's change of heels.

I took a long time to go fetch the shoes so I lost my slip but I was assisted and I paid for the balance.

A week later I wore the shoes and the heel broke again. I took the shoes back and I was told they can only help with the slip.

I could be assisted without the slip to pay and get the shoes out but now that I want to return the shoes, they demanding the slip.

The manager went on to say that I could not have paid R420 for only 2 pairs of shoes so this also shows that I was overcharged.

I only have proof of the second transaction as I swiped but paid the deposit cash. The branch has the record of all this because the receipt I got from them is traceable but the manager refuses to go back to her records to check for this insisting on the receipt from me.
