not listening to a complaint

So I tell them my gate remote is not working and that the battery is not the problem,yet they tell me that the battery could be the problem nd that the light on the remote could be faulty I tell them no its the remote that's the problem is there anything they can du and they say no they sure its the battery so I purchase the battery and ask them if the battery doesn't work what then,then they like there is nothing they can du ARE U KIDDING ME,I SNEAKED OUT OF WORK FOR SUCH BS.I get home and guess what the remote still doesn't work how wonderfull.sooo annoyed
