No accountability and bad service.

I took my dress on the 12th of August@ 4pm at protea Glen mall, I asked them if they will be able to wash my dress, they agreed. 4 days later I was called to come fetch my dress guess it had stains n I told them these stains were not there and they sent back the dress today the 27th of August I went to get my dress it's worse than when it left and now it had a not stating that should they take it back they won't be able to remove the stains. I am not happy so the guy called the guy who picks up the clothes came in there shouting advising that the dress had stains and he told me he will call the lady who washes the dresses and I spoke to her and she tells me that my dress had curry spice but guess what? I did not eat on the day I last wore the dress till I changed into a different dress and had. I put my dress on a suit cover I am not sure where did they see curry... The store manager even told me that this will come back to him and as to how is that my proble defeats me. I simply asked him of the process to follow he could not advise. I need my dress with out additional stains as I have no intention of leaving this unsolved. Thus is not the first time my husband took his jacket n it came back with stains. I hope response will be given as soon as possible.
