Multiserv Westgate Mall

On May 25th, I brought two pairs of boots to Multiserv Westgate Mall: one for heel replacement, and the other for sole replacement, which also needed a heel. They charged me R30 for the heel replacement and R130 for the sole replacement. The assistant informed me I could collect them on June 6th or 8th. When I returned for collection, they weren't ready, and I was told they would call me. As time passed without any update, I visited the store on a Friday. Another lady informed me that the person I was looking for was unavailable due to a family bereavement. When I asked about my boots, she mentioned she had no information and wouldn't take something in if she couldn't fix it.

This has now extended into July, and I'm seeking assistance regarding my boots from Multiserv Westgate Mall.
