Multiserv Jabulani Mall

I took my shoes to the Jabulani Mall store Friday in the morning, Saturday around 4pm when I sent someone to go to pick them up they said they are still not repaired. When I called I was labelled as being "dramatic" because ngiyi authi yasekasi ( guy from the towship). They went to say that they are going to ask their "boss" to ban me from their store. Bad service Multiserv!!
