Multiserv Fearie Glen theft

I went to Multiserv Fearie Glen on the 18th of May to cut two keys. After paying a costly amount for these two keys I was called back because apparently I paid for the wrong amount and had to pay again. Please note that my card works with a pin code and does not tap thus it is impossible for my pin to work on another card. I had to pay again for the keys and told the shopkeeper that I already paid and the response was No I have to pay again because it's not the same card. They will phone me if the transaction goes through twice. Yesterday 19 May I saw on my banking app that the transaction did go through twice so today 20 May I went back to the shop and asked for my money back, showing my slip and bank statements proving it went off twice. Where I was told no it only went through once on their side and I need to phone the bank. Phoned the bank and I was told to show them the statement and ask for my money back as it is a problem on their side as they sent it through twice. I tried phoning the owner of the franchise Pieta van Wyk (as shown on Truecaller) 4 times as well as the head office where no one answers the phone. The employees just turned around and wouldn't help me further after I asked for my money back. I will never use your services again Multiserv Fearie Glen.

This is absolutely terrible service and theft.
