multiserv bad service

i went to the shop for the dry clean of a jacket on the 6th of August, when i went back to collect it the jacket was not properly washed and one button was missing, told the to wash it again and check the button for me then i left the another one, the following week which was yesterday when i went to collect it both the jacket were not properly washed and they sew a different button on the one that i had previously told them to look for the missing button, i am very disappointed and angry with multi serve they told me that i am suppose to pay even though the jackets are dirty the jacket won't go out of the store without payment.
