Multi serve totally ***********

On 9 July 2021 I went to Multiserve Faerie glen ( n little shop inside the Pick a Pay hypermarket in Faerie Glen. I had 4 of the same keys made , and it cost me R300.00. I gave them the key I want to be made. First of all, the shop are very small and quite a mess from my perspective.

The guy made the keys while I wait and gave it to me. Back at home I tried the keys and they did not work at all. The keys looked totally different from the original key I gave them.

I live in Centurion and could mot go back the same day.

a Few days later I took the keys back and they made me 4 new keys. They kept the invoice i had for the first keys made. Surprise, surprise, the keys did not work at all AGAIN. By now, I was really frustrated. a Few days later I took them back once more and they made me 4 new keys. The keys did not work again.

I then took the keys for the third time and the keys did not work at all. I wanted a refund of my R300.00 spend.

The guy working there were very rude to me. He then wanted the invoice. I told him he took the invoice the first time I took the keys back. The guy then told me that the keys are not from them, apparently their keys look different.THIS IS A BIG FAT LIE!!!!!

I strongly feel that his people are very bad at their jobs and totally *********** in the art of key cutting According to me this people have heard of key cutting , but hey really have no clue how to do it.

I went to another place and they made the 4 keys while I waited. All 4 keys work perfectly. The price was also mush better. I paid a lot less for the keys and they worked the first time I tried it.

People, do not go to this multi serve . They give Multi serve a bad name.
