Muktiserv messed up my shoes

The worst experience if my life .... I took my shoes in at MultiServ Carlton Center in October 2020 for repairs.... Went back in November 2020 to collect, the shoe's where not done as yet. After countless communication an trying to find a suitable sole, I went back in December 2020 to collect, and to my surprise my shoes where lost. So patiently I waited.

I went back February 2021 to find a change of stuff and no one could find out what happened to my shoes. So I relayed my frustrations out and at this point I had lost hope. I was patient all this time hoping they would find my lost shoes... I was contacted by the manager... Who promised me to find my shoes he even made choose a the type of sole that would suit my shoe.

8 months later they found the shoe's, when I went to collect my shoes in June 2021 I was livid, it's in a much worse condition than when I sent it in. The had done a rush job on fixing my shoes. .glue all over my shoes it doesn't even fit me any more, the whole condition of my shoes is actually appalling. I can't wear them any more.
