it was new until it was dry cleaned and contain pink stains and burned buttons

Good day I’m Themba, I took my suite to Multiserve dry clean, and it was the first time it went to dry clean as I purchased this suite on October, and when I went to collect it, they said it was not back yet, should come back next Monday. On the Monday when I went there they said they had sent it back because it consist of some stains, and they will call me. When I went back I found it with stains and burned Buttons (see attached pictures). When I called their head office, I was referred to a man INCHARGED Eddy “ ********** 005”, he then told me he will look into this, and when doing follow up he told me , he was still busy, but he did a quotation with Markhams and he will get back to me, and told me if I want to take this further I should do so, “AS PER THEIR SLIP Disclose that they won’t be liable for any damages or lost”. When I was giving them the suite, no one explained anything to me, and the was no contract signed to say I agree with their T&C
