Insulted and cheated

I took my shoes for repairs on the 3rd August, since then I've worn them twice. The tip on the left shoe is worn already, the tip is making a noise. I took the shoe back and the guy told me it's my weight. I've been wearing these shoes for months on the tips they were bought with but suddenly I'm too heavy for tips
