Horrible service at Multiserv festival mall

Took my shoes to Multiserv at Festival Mall on the 24th March 2022 for repairs. I was charged for stitching and glue but on the 2nd of April when I went to collect them, they were not stitched so the store assistant asked to be given an extension which I did, told him I will collect them on the 8th of April which he promised they will be ready. When I went there on Friday, they were still not stitched and he told me he had many customers. Then I asked for a refund so I could take the shoes elsewhere and he refused. He told me he would bring the shoes the following day when he knocks off and he still did not keep his promise.
