Good for nothing

I trusted multiserve, they damaged my shoes and they also colored a brown shoe with a black dye. I only asked them to install tips on my heel shoes they ruined my shoes I won't be able to even wear them again. Multiserve in pavallion mall by shop rite. This store needs to be close down because they can barely fix anything they just damage the shoe instead.
