Do not use Multiserv Faerie Glen!

I have paid R90 to cut two keys, which did not work, I went back and they "fixed" them, they still did not work, I went back again and they cut a new set, which still isn't working. Now they refuse to refund me!! Their sign says no refunds on keys, but what am I supposed to do, they cut it twice and it's not working so they are the problem!! Terrible service!!!
