Disgusted

Absolutely disgusting customer service at Multiserv Vanderbijlpark. Took my boots in the have my sole repaired and stitched back onto the boots. Waited 2 weeks with absolutely no call to tell me when to fetch them. Was at the centre so went in they were done, well I thought they were, paird R 140 for them to glue my sole onto my one boots. Absolutely nothing else done.
