Digusting service

Multiserv Raslouw Lifestyle Centre service is pathetic they took my shoes to stretch them.6 days later they never touched my shoes but they claimed to have done them. The owner when called for a refund was rude and said that i should see what is that i can do with my shoes its not his problem>I want my money now i paid R180 for nothing!!!
