I took my dress for dry cleaning at multiserve Sinoville center and they quoted me 70 rands, when I went to collect my dress I was told that I have to pay 120 which is not the amount on the receipt, the guy took my dress and told me he will keep it until I pay the amount that he wants which is not the agreed amount.
