Beautiful pair of boots forever ruined!

<p>I recently had the misfortune of taking a few pairs of shoes and boots through to Multiserv's The Glen branch for repairs (all repair work was done terribly), a pair of beautiful black boots which was only worn once was totally ruined....a black zip was replaced with a horrid gold, metal zipper, the boot now has cuts and scuffs that make it impossible to ever use again (even if i took it somewhere else to have the destruction repaired)...the store managers response was 'i cannot do anything about the damage...i can have your original zip put back on' (if it could be located)....I sent a complaint to Multiserv head office...same don't care attitude. It amazes me that something as simple as a zip repair leaves my entire boot damaged and there is absolutely no accountability!...sent an email again today, no response...i guess they believe that it is ok to damage ones property?</p>
