Bad Service Faerie Glen

<p>Our shoes has been booked in for two months. The excuses ranges from no soles to never specifying what we need.</p> <p>We already paid 100% when we gave in our shoes. Every week there is another excuse. Your service is shocking to say the least.</p> <p>Not sure what we must do now? Open a theft case? Post the incompetence on social media? This just cannot go on.</p> <p>Can you please let us know when our shoes will be ready or give them back with a full refund!!!</p> <p>Yvonne</p>
