Bad service at Multiserve

I took my ankle boots to Multiserv Centurion to have them stretched and the zip replaced. After the required 4 days, I send my husband to go get them. When I got home, the zip was replaced, but the boots not stretched. This is after I paid the R150 to stretch them. When I went back to the store, I asked the attendant what had happened and he said they sent the boots away and the other people did not do the work. So when I asked if don't they check whether the work that was supposed to be done is actually done? His answer was a \no". I was actually very surprised that they would rather deal with irate customers than to do a simple check. So I left the boots there for another 3 days. Now"
