Bad quality and assistance.

Terrible experience... I send my shoes.. 1)After more than a week, I get there to check my shoes and they are there but they had not even sent me a message to say my shoes have arrived. I get there, firstly my sole is a different color, my previous shoes sole were white and now they are brown, I was not told they would change colours. No2. They had put on a size 8 sole on my size 7 shoes. I ask them to change it. 2)After another week, I come back. They haven't fixed it. The other employee says he will make sure they fix it. 3)I come back a few days later and now I find they put on a size 7 sole but it's so huge, it's obviously to big. I ask for my money because I was unsatisfied, they say they don't have the cash plus, they already threw away my previous sole so if I were to get my cash back, it would be with no sole as they would take their own back. I left it there a few days so they could fix the largeness of the sole. 3)I come back again and no significant difference, I tell them that not only is the sole big but the right side is too tight. I get told that I am a troublesome client because I always want the shoe to be better. I give up and think let me just try them. The shoe is still uncomfortable and people have noticed the sole. They made one of my favorite shoes terrible. I would not recommend this place. The quality of work has truly diminished.
