Bad attitude and poor service

<p>3 months ago i took my clothes to Multiserv Phumlani Mall for resizing , 2 weeks after that , their shop was closed for renovations for about 3 months. On Friday on the 3rd of November 2016 i phoned the number on the receipt i got from the shop to enquire aout where can i go fetch my clothes, a guy i spoke to was so rude and did not want to give me any information</p> <p> </p> <p>i then decided to go to the shop to on the 4th , when i got there , as i was trying to call the sewing guy who was sitting on the other side , a guy at the counter shouted at me , he told me that customers are not allowed to call the guy, i dont appreciate to be shouted like a child , it was not necessary and rude, im very angry with how i was treated at that shop</p>
