BAD ATTITUDE AND HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

I went to Jabulani mall on Saturday 02 May to get straps installed on my shoes and was told they dont have the color that i need and must go to Maponya Mall, as it was late, i decided i would go to Maponya mall the next day (Sunday 03 May) and arrived there at 10h30 and was warmly received by Teboho, a gentleman i met the previous day at Jabulani mall. Maponya also didnt have the color i needed but i had brought a strap of leather of the same color just in case this would happen, Teboho then cut it to size. As he was busy with that, i decided to go to another shop, 15 minutes later i arrived back at Multiserve and my shoes were still not done. I then decided to wait as Teboho was waiting for the seamstress to saw a line on both my straps. I waited for over 2 hours and Macfason was still \too busy"to assist Teboho with the straps. I complained and asked Teboho to let him know that i had been there for over 2 hours and could not wait any longer. He gave me an attitude and continued helping the gentleman who arrived long after i did. I am VERY dissapointed in the service i received and will NEVER go back or recommend multiserv to anyone. I am very dissapointed in Multiserv. """
