Awful: Mutiserve Leroy Merlin Fourways

On Saturday morning I took two pairs of my formal shoes to Multiserv at Leroy Merlin for sole replacement. I paid the full price and I was told the shoes would be ready for collection on Tuesday. I arrived on Tuesday afternoon and no one in the store knew where my shoes were and after some search they were found and not worked on, not even a bit! My shoes sat there for 4 days without nothing being done on them. Then some person called Eddie Vierie had the audacity to scream at me over the phone when I demanded my immediate refund- he is so rude and unprofessional.
