ATTITUDE, RUDENESS, PATHETIC SERVICECARELESS OF CUSTOMERS OF CUSTOM

On 21 July 2024 I went to multiserv Southgate to make copies, I found people waiting for my turn to be assisted. Only to find out that the people that were fitted there one of them was an employee who was supposed to assist us. I Then asked if I can make a copy realizing that she works there. She told me that she has knock off leaving us puzzled.Firstly when you go in to the shop an employee need to ask customer's on how they can assist but on this shop nothing like that never happen as employees pretend to customers busy on their cellphone. This particular lady does not respect for customer's anyway our money is not important as she could tell us that she has knock off while we find her playing with phone. I gave never felt disrespected like that. Please may you address this Pathetic Service I got from your shop. For that reason I went out without getting any assistance. I don't think I will ever go back to this store again.
