Policy schedule endorsed due linked alarm

CLAIM Repudiated due to alarm that was not activated. No Policy Schedule was ever sent, no record of advice was kept. Took more than a month to finalize my claim and in the meantime I am still paying my monthly insurance and now sitting with an empty house. I'm absolutely discussed by the poor service. They take no responsibility for lack of communication regarding policy schedule and I was unaware of the policy wording regarding burglary claims as never received my policy. I will refer my claim to the Ombud for short term insurance.
