MULTI RISK IS ********** THAT OWS ME MONEY

I was in an accident last year February 2014, a guy in a Isuzu bakkie bumped me from the back CA 86930. Half an hour later Multi risk phones me telling me that I must put in a claim and that they emailed me the forms.
