Selling cars that are not roadworth, Faulty and telling lies

Be careful when buying from Multipotch in Potchefstroom. They act all friendly and then boom they sell you a car that is falling apart. They hide things from you. I bought a car from them, on delivery of the car I notice an engine light. Then the water light was on. I took the car to Audi they said the car is all round faulty. The engine is falling apart and to fix it it will be over R50 000. The waterpump is faulty, the gearbox mountings are faulty, the control arms are warn out.

They took the car back and it's been a over a month now they have fixed it. They **** and said they fixed it I must fetch it and when I got there the car was not fixed. The lady said the car went to their mechanic she even cried and all this time she was telling lies.

I now reported the matter to my finance people that I financed with. They **** to them as well saying they are fixed the car. Now they don't even answer my calls.

I said they must cancel the deal so I can get a car somewhere else so I dint pay for a car that I don't have.

They are avoiding my calls now. I called the lady that was selling me the car she keeps dropping my calls. And when I call the dealership they say she is out.

No one is assisting.
