Cell C must pay me back my Pension money

I was **** to and ******* into paying for a so called “benefit” by in 2012. The product/service is called “GETMORE”, I was told I just had to pay a monthly fee of only R 39, and then by 2015 the premium went up to R59 monthly.

I agreed to this arrangement, because I was told by Cell C, that this benefit will help me a great deal in getting discounts.

These were the promises made to me:

1. If I want go for lunch at a restaurant with 2 or 3 people, I need to send them a quote four days early, so they can pay for half of the bill(SOUNDS GREAT, DOESN’T IT?).

2. Should I need a tutor to assist any of my kids with school work, they would provide one to assist over the phone.

3. Should any of my kids need assistance in getting a job, they will assist

4. Should I want to buy furniture, appliances and building material etc, they will pay part of the cost. She went further to make an example of another client cell c helped with this benefit.

She said that the client bought a fridge that cost R7,000 and Cell C paid R2,000 , while she paid the differences of R5,000.

I have never claimed for once since I joined “GETMORE”, Until this year when I went to builders warehouse to get a quote for building material. The quote was for R5, 900. I sent the quote on several occasions and they kept claiming that they have not received it.

Builders warehouse assisted and sent the quote on my behalf.

When Cell C finally Responded, I was informed that the negotiated with builders to give me a R200 discount, meaning I had to now pay R5,700.

I was **** to, mislead and cheated. How can one client buy a fridge costing R7,000 and Cell C pays R2,000 and in my case…they NEGOTIATED with the shop for a R200 discount?

What happens to the money I have been paying from 2 ********** ??? What a *******.

I want them to cancel my Cell C contract too and pay me back my money.

Cell C took advantage of me as pensioner and I want others to be careful and know this ****
