I purchased a lounge set and was advised the best at its price. 2022 may and regret ever doing so. I been to the store, called them up and also emailed them but these guys are a bunch of ****s. I paid cash and also paid for delivery. The lounge set springs are popping up and now getting torn. I was advised in july will do a swop and till now nothing. The store manager NOOR at the durban commercial road branch is very rude and abrupt with no customers ehtics. I dnt want a new lounge set but would rather opt for my money back aswell as feedback with customer satisfaction as i know im nt the only dissatisfied customer being ripped.
