Poor quality goods

I bought a portable nebulizer, after the third time of using it, it broke and many of the parts came loose. It really wasn't good quality. I requested either a refund or a replacement and I was told that according to the warranty department, it was physical damage and that it had been dropped. This was definitely not the case and at least in store credit should be given for poor quality goods.
