Unhappy with purchase
The worst service, the order was super late. I had to follow up with them for it to be delivered.
When it was delivered the chest of drawers is very flimsy and very much falling apart.
It is not stable at all, this was a total waste of money. I would not recommend you buy from them.

Please note that your items were dispatched on time from our side, however, there was a delivery delay from our courier partner, DSV, which unfortunately affected the overall turnaround time. We’ve raised this with them to help improve future delivery efficiency.
Regarding the product quality, the chest of drawers purchased is from our entry-level range, which offers a more affordable option compared to our premium furniture lines. Additionally, as the unit was assembled by the customer, stability issues can sometimes occur if certain components are not fully secured during assembly.
We completely understand your frustration and are truly sorry that the experience did not meet your expectations. Our team is always available to assist with after-sales support or assembly guidance should you need help stabilizing the unit.

I have spoken to a number of your employees who suggest fixing quality issues via video call. does that make sense? I attached images to show that it is not an assembly issue.
