Unable to get refund for out-of-stock items

I ordered appliances online on 3 Jan 2025. A week later I was contacted and informed that they did not actually have the appliances in stock. I requested a refund and was told I would be contacted to arrange for the refund. Since then I have not heard from them again (16 Jan 2025). The number provided on the website only rings. I have tried several times. I have sent several emails without any response. I am not sure if this business actually exists as it is impossible to contact them.
