They sold my furniture item while sold

I bought a cardboard last month in multi furniture in bizana branch and paid together with other furnitures when I went for collection I ddnt get the cardboard being sold while it was already paid by me I dont understand why sell it whole its sold its been a month since I was promised that it will be delivered

What kind of business ethics do they have because they are ********* and their service is very poor
