TERRIBLE!!!

Purchased a bed from the Amanzimtoti branch inside take n pay. Firstly, the bed was sent open with no plastic wrapping around it or any bubble wrap. The delivery guys damaged the bed so badly everywhere and every corner plus they damaged my property by trying to force it in my room. Spoke to the supervisor on Friday and he made sure that Saturday morning he will deliver a new bed to me. Saturday morning I had to phone because no one contacted me and the lady said she would tell him to phone me back but the whole day went by and no contact was made. Ended up going back there Sunday and spoke to the supervisor directly, he insured me that Monday first thing in the morning my bed would be delivered. The whole day has gone by and not a call was made to me nor was my bed delivered. Disappointing service and disgraceful attitude. I would never do business again with them or recommend anyone to!
