Service at Marburg

I have been without internet, so I was able to do this review earlier. I am giving the store a 5* review because of the excellent service I got at Marburg branch. The salewsman was good and enuthsiastic. I bought a Ferre 4 burner Gas Stove. The stove was delivered on the 01 August 2023. Afew days later I noticed it was a gas oven, and not electric. As I had used the stove I did not think they would change it. Afew days later I sent an enaul to MFA, saying that the staff must be sure of their facts. The Manager of MFA phoned, and asked me what he could do to make it up to me,. The stove with the electric oven cost a lot more, so he could not swop them, he then said he will phone Head Office and see if he can get me a discount. Todate I have not hear from him. I am VERY Dissapointed. I am sorry but I will not shop at MFA Marburg agin.
