Poor service
Such a poor service. I ordered an item online on the 16 September and it was to be delivered at the collection store in 7 days. I have not received the order. No answer on the customer care contact number. They have been saying I will receive the item "next week" since the week after the 16th. I requested the refund and I was told that I cannot claim refund as the item is on the way already to the store, that was on Thursday last week.

22 Oct 2025, 13:57After waiting forever for collection, they informed me that I will get the wardrobe in pieces because I chose not to assemble it when I purchased it. I went to my emails and found one stating that “Item is assembled (where assembly is required) and free to collect.” I had chosen the wardrobe to be assembled but they lie and said I must pay R600 more if I want it to be assembled.
