Poor Product/Service

<div>I had an absolutely terrible experience with MFA Online. It took them **three weeks** to deliver my Condere Android TV, and when it finally arrived, it was missing the **smart TV functionality** that was advertised. The Android features were completely non-operational, making the TV essentially useless as a smart device. I reached out multiple times, and the customer service was shockingly poor. Despite my numerous follow-ups and escalating the issue, I received no meaningful assistance. Someone by the name of +++++ was willing to help if though they took their own time, however this +++++ person wasn’t even interested to assistant with my problem. They asked me to send a video to prove which I did within an hour, I was told there was an "investigation," but that went on for days without any actual progress or communication. After weeks of frustration, I had to demand a refund or collection of the TV, but it took even longer for any action to be taken. The lack of professionalism and communication was extremely disappointing. I would highly advise against buying from this company. **Avoid at all costs** if you value your time and money. I have screenshots as proof to prove all this.</div>
