Online Order

I have had a terrible experience dealing with this store. I bought an order online for store collection on the 05th December, I was sent an email to collect my order. I get to the store (Eshowe Branch) my items are not assembled yet I asked for assemble, I was told they cannot help me I must go on line, I have been pushed from pillar to post from the Eshowe Branch without getting any assistance. The lady who was assisting me ended up saying if I want an item assembled I must speak to the guys that work there and they will tell me how much to pay since they will be doing this on their own time. I refused to do that and I asked to speak to the manager I was told he is not available then he was phoned and his response was that I deal with this online.

My concern is why the online customers are treated different to the customers buying directly from the store? I was treated poorly and was not assisted simply because I bought online? I even phoned the number for online inquiries and it wasnt going throught, Whatsapp is not answered, email is not answered. Who do I really direct my query with in this store?
