Not getting refund on delivery fee
It was a horrible experience which I had to pay more on my Delivery and they don’t want to refund me my delivery fee because I had to collect my parcel at dsv branch
I’m so disappointed and never again buying from them

Please note that we did process a 50% refund of the courier fee as a goodwill gesture. A full refund was not possible since the item was successfully transported from KwaZulu-Natal to Cape Town. Unfortunately, DSV classified the delivery location as a high-risk area, which meant the parcel could not be delivered to your doorstep and had to be collected from their depot. We completely understand your frustration and apologize for the inconvenience caused. We’ll continue engaging with our courier partners to improve communication and ensure better delivery experiences in the future.
