Not a good experience

We did not have a good experience in this space. The assistance when picking out the wardrobe and the cabinet was efficient, but the trouble started after we paid and had our things delivered. The arrangement was that they would be delivered on the same day, but we got a call later that day saying delivery would only happen on Monday. We waited on Monday and had to call them multiple times just to get assistance. They finally agreed to deliver, but then claimed the wardrobe was too big and needed to be assembled at our home. We agreed, but were then forced to pay an extra fee for the person to assemble it at our house, whereas if it had been assembled by the same person at the warehouse, we wouldn't have paid an extra fee. Furthermore, the cabinet had mold on the back. We pointed it out to the guy who was assembling it, and he just told us to clean it up. To make matters worse, the assembled wardrobe broke as soon as he left, including the cabinet that was assembled at the warehouse. Completely unacceptable quality and service
