MFA SPRINGFIELD

I've bought 2 beds from mfa Springfield branch in last December I had paid for them to deliver to my house as I did not have transport to pick up the beds, 3 months later 1 of the beds had started to sink at the time my mother was very ill and my daughter was pregnant so I did not get a chance to call them I did go into store and mention to them the problem I'm experiencing when I was around the area they asked me to call to speak to their manager since last month I had been calling and waiting for a the manager to call me back I was told I had to bring the bed back in store I explained the whole reason in the first place I had taken the option of delivery was due to me not having transport, today after calling for the 1000th time I had decided to inform her the sales lady I will be taking this issue to social media then the sales lady said she would get the manager to call me which he did but when he did he tells me I need to pay for delivery again for the bed to go back to them which is ridiculous as they need to now sort the issue. I would give a 0 star rating if I could.
