MFA Poor Customer Service!!

I’ve been having the most horrifying experience with MFA. It took them almost a month to deliver my Condere Android TV, when it finally arrived, just after a few days of receiving it. I reached out to customer service via email, as it was kind of defective, this was in mid December, now we’re approaching March and my issue is still not resolved, I’m being ignored. I literally paid for something I’m not using as the TV has been sitting for almost 3months and they’re refusing to refund me. Pathetic service!!!
