MFA Margate

I purchased a Defy Washing machine at the Margate branch of MFA 4 MONTHS ago. The machine has stopped working. The agent of Defy Margate Marius came out to the house and said that the motor has packed up and the machine is rusted at the bottom. How after 4 months??????? Think twice about buying from these people.
